The shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

Similar to many companies around the world, we are working with a smaller sales team to improve the safety of our employees, which is why shipping and delivery times are delayed/extended beyond our usual times.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place these orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERIES TO POST OFFICE BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VALUE ADDED TAX?

Items shipped internationally from the USA are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge value added tax (VAT). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel.

Depending on the recipient country, your parcel may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies.

Note: On rare occasions, there are delivery delays where parcels may take longer to be delivered than the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and customs may delay delivery in some cases.

All delivery times are estimates and are subject to the courier's ability to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.
